Reading the numbers
This is the largest house in the registry. 16,490 sq ft of living area and $11,556,336 of just value both top every one of the 393 documented parcels, ahead of 6444 Deacon Cir in the previous pass at 15,986 sq ft and $8,555,530. The margin is not marginal: 504 sq ft more floor, and $3,000,806 more assessment.
$701 a foot, though, is not remotely the highest rate here. It is the fifth-highest on its own street, level with 5181 and $125 below the ceiling at 5169. Which is the whole point of publishing a per-foot column next to an absolute figure: the most valuable house in the registry, on a lakefront lot in Isleworth, prices almost exactly where a $3.9 million house two doors down does.
Six bedrooms, nine baths. Three baths more than bedrooms — the largest surplus in the F block, and enough that an ensuite description is not merely supportable but understated. 2,748 sq ft of house per bedroom.
2008 makes this the second-newest house on the street, seven years behind 5115's 2015. Between them the two largest houses in the entire registry sit on one street, one plat instrument, one lake, and one postal address.
The instrument is the odd note. 5115, 5127 and 5139 are recorded under the First Amendment, 5163 through 5193 are not, and this parcel returns to it. Coverage on Fairway Oaks Dr runs in two blocks with a six-parcel gap in between, and the parcel ID family changes with it: 1623283906… here and at the first three, 1623283899… across the gap.
Reading the frontage
Lakefront is a mapped-polygon flag against Lake Louise: the parcel reaches the water. No shoreline length, dock, seawall or lift is recorded against it. On a parcel this size the flag alone says very little — it does not measure frontage, does not describe water depth and does not confirm a navigable channel.
No guest house, pool enclosure, tennis court or outbuilding appears in these fields. The county files living area and an improvement count; it does not itemise the site.
What this page is not
- It is not a listing. Nothing here says the property is for sale.
- It is not an appraisal. Just value is the county's assessment figure for its own tax year.
- It does not confirm a dock, a seawall or navigable access to Lake Louise.
- It does not confirm the bedroom count is current — the roll reflects the last filed record, not a walkthrough.
