Reading the numbers
This is the highest just value on Deacon Cir, the largest house on it, and the newest — 11,387 sq ft, built 2007, $7,674,980. It is the only house on the circle that is simultaneously first in all three.
Six bedrooms and seven baths is a one-bath surplus. At 1,898 sq ft per bedroom it is the widest bedroom ratio in the Lake Chase group, and one of the widest on the entire chain roll — six doors, and eleven thousand square feet.
At $674 a foot it is only 55 dollars above 6342, a house almost half its size. That is the useful observation: the biggest house on the street is not the most expensive per square foot, because the divisor grows faster than the value.
Reading the frontage
Lakefront is a mapped-polygon flag against Lake Chase: the parcel reaches the water. No shoreline length, dock, seawall or lift is recorded.
The water changes at this address. Parcels 6300 through 6348 face Lake Palmer. From 6432 the recorded frontage is Lake Chase, and it stays Lake Chase through 6462 before returning to Lake Palmer at 6464. Two lakes, one circle, and no way to tell from the postal address.
The subdivision also changes. 6432 and 6438 sit in Isleworth First Amendment; the seven lower-numbered parcels sit in plain Isleworth. That is a different recorded instrument, and it governs lot lines and restrictions here.
What this page is not
- It is not a listing. Nothing here says the property is for sale.
- It is not an appraisal. Just value is the county's assessment figure for its own tax year.
- It does not confirm Lake Palmer frontage. This parcel faces Lake Chase.
