Reading the numbers
Six baths for five bedrooms is the reverse of the pattern on the older Bay Hill courts, and it describes a different kind of house: a private bath for every bedroom plus a guest or pool bath. That is what a 2009 build in a gated community on this side of the chain looks like.
At 1,106 sq ft per bedroom and $438 a foot, this sits between the older lakefront stock on Bay Cove Ct ($323 to $680) and the newer Isleworth product on Blanche Cove Dr, which runs from $490 to over $1,000. Newer and larger does not automatically mean a higher rate — land position still dominates.
Reading the frontage
Lakefront is a mapped-polygon flag against Lake Chase: the parcel reaches the water. No shoreline length, dock, seawall or lift is recorded.
This matters more than it looks. Lake Chase is a separate body from Lake Tibet Butler, and the two appear in the same block of Orlando addresses, the same ZIP and the same county. A listing that says “Butler Chain frontage” for this address would be naming the wrong lake, even though the Butler Chain is a short run away.
What this page is not
- It is not a listing. Nothing here says the property is for sale.
- It is not an appraisal. Just value is the county's assessment figure for its own tax year.
- It does not confirm dock, lift or seawall, none of which is a field in this roll.
