Reading the numbers
Thirteen baths for six bedrooms is more than two per bedroom, and it is the highest bath count on any parcel in this pass. It is also the clearest signal that a floor area this size is not a single household plan: 22,691 sq ft at 3,782 sq ft per bedroom describes entertainment space, staff quarters and guest suites rather than a large family house.
At $12,289,320 this is the largest just value in this batch, and it is 49% above the biggest Carillon Park Dr parcel. Its rate per foot, $542, is nonetheless unremarkable — lower than three of the five houses on that street. The lesson repeats: the largest total and the highest rate are almost never the same property.
Reading the frontage
Lakefront is a mapped-polygon flag against Lake Louise: the parcel reaches the water. No shoreline length, dock, seawall or lift is recorded.
Lake Louise is not Lake Butler and not Lake Tibet Butler. Isleworth sits on a chain of interior lakes of its own, and a listing that calls this Butler Chain frontage would be wrong about both the water and the access. The county's own polygon says Lake Louise.
What this page is not
- It is not a listing. Nothing here says the property is for sale.
- It is not an appraisal. Just value is the county's assessment figure for its own tax year.
- It does not record a golf membership, which is a separate interest from the land.
- It does not establish boating access to the Butler Chain from Lake Louise.
