Reading the numbers
Four bedrooms, five and a half baths. Every bedroom can carry a private bath with a full bath and a half spare, so an ensuite description holds here. It is the second-highest bedroom-to-bath surplus on the street after 5115's two-bath surplus.
$696 a foot is the fourth-highest rate on Fairway Oaks Dr, and it lands on a house that is neither the largest nor the smallest. As a straight comparison with 5139 next door — 10,863 sq ft, $533 a foot — this parcel carries $163 a foot more on a house 2,783 sq ft smaller and assessed $166,020 less.
The instrument changes here. From 5115 through 5139 the roll names “Isleworth First Amendment”. From this address through 5193 it names simply “Isleworth”, and then 5201 returns to the First Amendment. The parcel ID shape tracks the split: the amendment parcels read 1623283906… and these six read 1623283899…. That is corroboration, not explanation — the roll files no reason for the boundary, and only the recorded instrument itself would settle which covenants run with which lot.
1991 is one of three 1990 or 1991 houses on the street, all six mid-street parcels cluster within that era plus 2004, and the four amendment parcels are all 2008 or later.
Reading the frontage
Lakefront is a mapped-polygon flag against Lake Louise: the parcel reaches the water. No shoreline length, dock, seawall or lift is recorded against it.
Being outside the First Amendment does not mean being outside Isleworth. It means the roll names a different instrument for this lot, and lot-line, setback and use questions should be checked against the instrument that actually governs it rather than assumed from a neighbour.
What this page is not
- It is not a listing. Nothing here says the property is for sale.
- It is not an appraisal. Just value is the county's assessment figure for its own tax year.
- It does not confirm a dock, a seawall or navigable access to Lake Louise.
- It does not establish which covenants run with this lot — only the recorded instrument does.
