Reading the numbers
$826 a foot is the highest rate on Fairway Oaks Dr, $34 above the next parcel (5187 at $792) and $293 above the street floor at 5139. It also clears the ceiling of the previous pass, which was $676 at 9712 Endicott Ct, by $150 a foot. It does not clear the highest rate anywhere in this registry — 6462 Deacon Cir stands at $1,050 a foot — so the honest statement is that this is the highest rate in the F block, not in the set.
